What is the Vital Oxide Sanitizing Treatment?
It is included with the $349 and $499 deep-cleaning packages, and it is $149 per HVAC system when purchased separately. Vital Oxide is an EPA-registered antimicrobial product applied to treated HVAC and duct surfaces after cleaning to help control odor-causing bacteria, mold fungus, and odor-causing fungi. We follow the product label: it is applied only to labeled surfaces, after the system is cleaned and any visible growth is removed. It is not a medical treatment and we make no health claims.
What does the $250 UV light include?
