Most air duct cleaning companies don't publish their prices, so it's hard to know what a fair number looks like. We do publish ours. Below are the real 2026 prices we charge in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Deerfield Beach, and nearby South Florida, what each one includes, and what changes the total.
The short answer: our packages start at $199. A full deep cleaning of the supply ducts in a typical South Florida home is $349 or $499, depending on how many supply ducts the home has. The full price list is on our Prices page.

What the $349 and $499 deep-cleaning packages include
The two deep-cleaning packages are the same job. The only difference is how many supply ducts are covered. A supply duct is a vent that blows cool air into a room. The return is the larger grille that pulls air back to the AC.
Both packages include:
- Deep cleaning of the supply ducts in your package (up to 7 or up to 11)
- Deep cleaning of 1 main return duct, plus the return grille
- Rotobrush mechanical agitation inside each duct, with a TurboJet Max negative-air machine pulling the loosened dust out
- Vent covers removed, washed, and reinstalled
- Before-and-after photos where appropriate
- Vital Oxide Sanitizing Treatment (a $149 value), applied where the product label allows
- A visual check of accessible dryer-vent and AC-coil parts, so you know what we saw
If your home has 12 supply ducts, the price is the $499 package plus $50 for the extra duct, so $549. If it has 9, it's the $349 package plus 2 extra ducts, so $449. If it has a second return, that's another $50. We count the ducts with you so the number is clear before we start.
What the $199 maintenance package is for
The Residential Maintenance Package is our recommended yearly visit. It includes deep cleaning of 1 main return duct, dryer vent deep cleaning, and a visual HVAC system inspection with photos, so you can see the condition of your system.
The main return and the dryer vent are the two places that collect the most lint and dust in a South Florida home that runs the AC most of the year. Cleaning them every year keeps the system in good shape between full deep cleanings. When your supply ducts are due for a full cleaning, the $349 and $499 packages cover them.
Roof-access dryer vents are usually $100–$300 extra, priced before any work.
How much is dryer vent cleaning?
Dryer vent deep cleaning with a rotary snake brush is $129 on its own. It's $99 when you add it to a $349 or $499 deep-cleaning package, and it's included in the $199 maintenance package.
Roof access is extra, usually $100–$300 on top of the dryer vent price. Many condos and some homes vent the dryer through the roof. If yours does, we look at it first and give you the exact price before doing that part. More on the service is on our dryer vent cleaning page.
What changes the price
Most homes fit one of the packages without extras. The total goes up only when the home needs more than the package covers:
- More supply ducts than the package count: $50 each
- More than 1 return duct: $50 for each additional return
- A dryer vent that exits on the roof: usually $100–$300 extra
- Work beyond duct cleaning, listed in the next section
We don't charge more for a second floor or a high ceiling. The price is based on the number of ducts and the work you choose.
What is quoted after an inspection
Some work depends on what we find, so we look first and give you a price before doing it:
- AC coil cleaning
- Blower cleaning
- Plenum work
- Mold-related work
- Repairs or duct replacement
- Unusual or hard-to-reach access
You approve any of these before we start. If you don't need them, we don't do them. Coil cleaning is explained on our AC coil cleaning page.
Vital Oxide and UV lights: what you're paying for
Vital Oxide is an EPA-registered antimicrobial product (EPA Reg. No. 82972-1). We apply it after cleaning to help control odor-causing bacteria, mold fungus, and odor-causing fungi on treated surfaces. We follow the product label, which means it goes only on the surfaces the label lists, after the system is cleaned. It's included in both deep-cleaning packages, or $149 per HVAC system when purchased separately.
The $250 UV light price is the unit plus professional installation in a compatible system, not just a bulb. Your quote lists the specific unit and warranty.
We don't make health promises. The U.S. EPA notes that duct cleaning has not been shown to prevent health problems in most cases. What cleaning does is remove the dust and debris from the ducts we clean, and you get photos so you can see it. Source: EPA, Should You Have the Air Ducts in Your Home Cleaned?
How to count your supply ducts
You can get a good idea of your package before we arrive. Walk through the house and count the vents that blow air into rooms. They're usually in the ceiling or high on the wall. Don't count the large return grille.
- Up to 7 supply vents: Small Home, $349
- 8 supply vents: Small Home plus 1 extra duct, $399
- 9 supply vents: Small Home plus 2 extra ducts, $449
- 10 or 11 supply vents: Standard Home, $499
- More than 11: Standard Home plus $50 for each extra duct
You always get the lower total. Extra ducts are $50 each, so you never pay more than the duct count calls for.
Many South Florida condos and smaller homes fit the 7-duct package. Many larger homes have 11 or more supply ducts, and the Standard Home package covers up to 11. We confirm the exact count on the free estimate.
Questions to ask any company before you book
These are good questions to ask anyone you're comparing, including us:
- How many supply ducts does the price cover?
- Is a return duct included, or just the grille?
- What equipment do you use to clean inside the duct?
- Will I see and approve the total before work starts?
- Is dryer vent or coil work included, or priced separately?
- Will I get photos of the work?
Our answers are on this page and on our Prices page.

FAQ
How much does air duct cleaning cost in Boca Raton?
Our deep-cleaning packages are $349 for up to 7 supply ducts and $499 for up to 11, each with 1 main return included. Additional ducts are $50 each. Packages start at $199 with our yearly maintenance package.
Why is your price per duct and not per house?
Duct count is the clearest way to match the price to the work. A 2-bedroom condo and a 4-bedroom house are very different jobs. Counting the ducts lets you know the price before we arrive.
How often should I have my air ducts cleaned in South Florida?
Many homes do well with a full deep cleaning every 2 to 3 years and a yearly maintenance visit for the main return and dryer vent. Pets, renovations, and heavy AC use can mean sooner. Our guide on when to clean air ducts in South Florida goes into more detail.
Can I book dryer vent cleaning on its own?
Yes. It's $129 on its own, or included in the $199 maintenance package. Roof access is usually $100–$300 extra.
Do you charge for the estimate?
No. The on-site estimate is free, and you're under no obligation to book.
